Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a $50 cancellation or rescheduling fee.




Pre-Photo Shoot Preparation Policy

The Client is responsible for ensuring the property is ready for photography before the Photographer's arrival.

�??????????????????????�?????????????????????�????????????????????�???????????????????�??????????????????�?????????????????�????????????????�???????????????�??????????????�?????????????�????????????�???????????�??????????�?????????�????????�???????�??????�?????�????�???�??�?�¢?�??????????????????????�?????????????????????�????????????????????�???????????????????�??????????????????�?????????????????�????????????????�???????????????�??????????????�?????????????�????????????�???????????�??????????�?????????�????????�???????�??????�?????�????�???�??�?�¢ Complete all staging, furniture placement, and removal of clutter before the appointment.

The Photographer will not move, rearrange, or handle furniture, personal belongings, decorations, or other items inside the property.

Floor Plan Policy

Floor plans may be provided as a complimentary service and are not guaranteed unless purchased separately.



If Property Luxe Media is unable to create or deliver a floor plan, no refund or credit will be provided unless otherwise agreed in writing.




Drone Photography Policy

Drone photography and video services are subject to FAA regulations and safe operating conditions.




Payment & Delivery Policy

Payment is required according to the selected package and payment terms.




Client Acceptance

By submitting an order, the Client confirms that they:

? Understand the cancellation, preparation, floor plan, and drone policies.

? Authorize Property Luxe Media to provide the requested photography services.
